The discussion will take place during a border security case study and Webinar broadcast live from GovExec.com (http://www.govexec.com/) August 15 (11:30 a.m. MT; 1:30 p.m. ET). It will be held at the Border Security Conference hosted by the University of Texas at El Paso and the office of Rep. Silvestre Reyes, D-El Paso.

The contract began in 1997 and was inaugurated in 2002, with full operations in effect in 2004. Two Brazilian companies, ASTECH and Embraer, were also selected by the Brazilian government to help supply and integrate the system across the Amazon region.

Raytheon Company $21.9 billion in sales in 2005. With headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts, the company employs 80,000 people worldwide.
