Serra’s Promise: To Be Mayor Till the End. Sure!

It was José Serra’s (PSDB) turn in the Folha chair yesterday, after
Erundina last week and Maluf on Monday. Serra is currently leading the polls to
be mayor of São Paulo, Brazil, a post which he previously ran for in 1992
and 1996.
