Brazil Uses IMF Clause to Fix Its Ports

Brazil’s Ministry of Transportation will invest US$ 157.1 million (427 million reais) this year on emergency projects in seven Brazilian ports as part of the agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) not to compute infrastructure investments as expenditures.
