Created in April of 1989, BRAZZIL has been a national respected link between Brazil and all those — Brazilian or not — who feel a kinship with the Brazilian way of life, politics, economy, culture, and soul. Going beyond the report of facts, BRAZZIL brings the whys, the hows and thens.
Note: BRAZZIL Magazine is not being printed at present. We are exclusively online.
Periodicity: BRAZZIL is published once a month, 12 times a year.
Readership: (This information was current in January 2003.) National readership is 40,000. Approximately 30% of the circulation is in the Greater Los Angeles area; 20% in the San Francisco area; 15% in the New York/New Jersey area; 15% in the Miami area, with the rest going to places as San Diego (CA), Atlanta (GA), Allston (MA). We have subscribers in every state in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Features: BRAZZIL’s in-depth articles deal with politics, economy, behavior, ecology, tourism, literature, arts and culture in general. The magazine also publishes That’s Brazilian, a list of Brazilian businesses in all major cities throughout the United States, including New York-New Jersey, Miami, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Naturally, everything that’s Brazilian, starting with the Brazilian Embassy and consulates, also receive BRAZZIL. Thanks to Ethnic NewsWatch, the entire text of BRAZZIL since 1994 is also available on CD-ROM in public and college libraries all across the United States.
