Brazil’s Company Real Estate Now Speaks English

Company S.A., one of the largest construction companies and real estate developers for medium- and high-end residential projects in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, has launched the new version of its Investor Relations Website in Portuguese and English versions.

For the first time, the site is available in two languages, which according to the firm, will increase its comprehension and enhance the company’s policy of transparency.

Aimed at shareholders, investors and analysts of the market, the new version brings new features such as the possibility of browsing through the lateral menu, beyond the extended content.

It also features a section dedicated to the practices of Corporative Governance of the company containing information about its Board of Directors, Corporate Structure and Policies on Disclosure and Dividends. 

The site also offers a specific section for minutes and announcements released to the market, as well as news about the company.

Company is one of the largest developers and construction companies of medium- and upper-class residential projects in the city of São Paulo.

Since incorporating in 1982, the Company has built 109 projects, 97 of which it developed (including residential and commercial buildings), totaling more than 7,000 units and 2.5 million square meters of construction.

Company has launched unique projects in the real estate market and introduced innovative concepts. These concepts, such as the Penthouse, Masterpiece, Family Room and Office Ground, are currently widely-used by other developers.
