			<description>&quot;A more reasonable approach is to put pressure on state and national governments to recognize and respect the rights of people to govern their own territories and resources in practice, not just rhetoric.

This is not a romantic appeal to localism, but an important question of political sovereignty. Shouldn't the people of Gleba Nova Olinda and Resex Renascer have the right to determine their identity, demarcate their territories, and decide how the land and resources within them are managed?&quot;

Great idea! What about re-engaging in movements of the same nature by invoking political sovereignty over other southern-Easter and southern states? I like it very much! We always wanted to rule over our land and to decided who is moving in here. We are the locals and we know better! Fantastic theory to reign the immigration of unwanted groups, the exploitation of our businesses by foreign nationals coming from neighboring countries or from within Brazil!

You should be awarded with the authoritative theory of the year...no! of the decade and who knows of the future of a sovereign Brazil...after all,the concept of political sovereignty is subject to &quot;localism&quot;. Great researchers. You just provided us with an authoritative discourse on the relativization of law and on the sovereignty concept! You are the very best! IoI!(if you didn't notice the irony, shame on you!)

The law...What for? Pra que hein? Only for some, in some cases, to some people, to certain kinds of crimes (each case is a case, for instance, what I decide is crime, sombody else is entitled to disagree with me and declare a crime something else..pending on conditions...

;D

&quot;The only stable state is the one in which all men are equal before the law.&quot; (Aristotle )

Every man is wise when attacked by a mad dog; fewer when pursued by a mad woman; only the wisest survive when attacked by a mad notion.
